Microdosing &

Integration

Life is the ceremony. Let’s be here for it.

Mushrooms are the alchemists of the forest, weaving new life from death, composting what has fallen into the soil of the Earth. Through their wisdom and medicine, they offer us the same gift — breaking down what within us has withered and nourishing the seeds of our becoming.

A profound part of the healing journey is the breaking down of old, harmful patterns. As we move through our lives — balancing work, family, relationships, and responsibilities — we often carry unconscious patterns that no longer serve us or those around us. The work of healing is to recognize these patterns, gently release them, and consciously cultivate new, healthier ones. This is the work of mushrooms reflected in the depths of the human psyche, where decay becomes renewal and the old gives way to the new.

My trauma-informed microdosing and integration support will hold space for the decomposition and repatterning processes, as well as:

➳ helping your nervous system stay more regulated more often, allowing you to be more present for all of life — the chaos, the calm, and everything in between

➳ supporting you in making the mundane magical and seeing the extraordinary in the everyday

➳ guiding you in living with intention by listening to and trusting your intuition and inner wisdom

Ceremony Opens the doorWay. Integration is how we step through.

Most microdosing support today focuses on optimization and biohacking. My approach to microdosing is different.

My approach to microdosing centers ceremony.

Just like with more traditional ceremonies (where participants take higher doses of medicine over a few nights) having a guide allows for a deeper process of healing and transformation. As your guide, I hold a safe and sacred space and gently keep you accountable.

We open the microdosing portal with an intention-setting process and then work with the medicine, spiritual and somatic practices, rituals, and practical everyday tools to bring your intentions and dreams into being. This journey and medicine will support you with decomposing past, harmful patterns, making space for new, healing ways of being.

Microdosing works in subtle yet powerful ways.

It helps us be more self-aware, in tune with nature, and connected to our childlike sense of awe and wonder. As well as helping our nervous systems stay more regulated more often, allowing us to be more present for all of life — the chaos, the calm, and everything in between.

about me & my training

I’m a trauma-informed facilitator and multidimensional mother. My work weaves together sacred space, sound, and somatics and has supported thousands of people around the world in living with more presence. I understand the complexity of being a white woman in relationship with ceremony which has been stewarded by indigenous peoples for time immemorial. I’m consistently exploring this complexity and am doing the following to be in right relationship with ceremony. I’m a member of the Native American Church and regularly attend indigenous-led Lakota inipi ceremonies (sweatlodges) and have sat in indigenous-led ceremonies, most recently with indigenous elders from the Huni Kuni peoples of the Brazilian Amazon. I’m currently participating in a 1:1 mentorship, study, and healing journey with indigenous medicine woman, Azalea Montaño-Kemp. I’m also a graduate of Linda Thai’s Certificate in Somatic Embodiment and Regulation Strategies and Charlotte James’ Psychedelic Liberation Training program focused on decolonization and collective liberation. I also have over 300 hours of participating in traditional plant medicine ceremonies and years of experience with microdosing.
