35. Reciprocity and Remembering Who You Are with Ellen Wong

Ellen Wong (she/her) is a breathwork and medicine journey guide based in Los Angeles. She is a resident facilitator for DoubleBlind Magazine. Her journey work offerings blend breathwork, music and sound healing, guided visualization, and Transpersonal Energy Healing. Through this work, her clients reconnect to the wisdom of their bodies and reparent their inner children and adolescents. By opening the portal to their subconscious and traveling to quantum imaginal spaces, Ellen empowers them to tap into their own healing abilities, facing and releasing blocks from unresolved developmental traumas.

In this episode, we discuss:

  • Ellen’s background and what brought her to journey work with plant and fungi medicines, breathwork, energy work, and inner child healing

  • The impact Ellen feels the rise of plant medicine in mainstream culture is having on the plants and indigenous medicine carriers

  • What reciprocity means to Ellen and how she practices it in her life and work

  • A message Ellen feels the fungi have for humanity right now

  • Ellen’s breathwork and inner child healing work and the unique and potent ways in which she weaves them together

You can find all of Ellen’s incredible work, including her upcoming retreat in Costa Rica, on her website tripwithellen.com and on her IG @tripwithellen
