37. Letting Our Life Force Energy Flow with Ting Ting Guan

Ting Ting Guan (she/her) is a movement specialist born in China and of Mongolian descent. She has dedicated her life to exploring the healing benefits of movement and imagination. Having spent over a decade in the wellness industry, she firmly believes that we are all capable of repairing the mind, body, & spirit through cultivating life force energy. You can find her offering online courses and classes as well as hosting retreats throughout the world. She is always developing new movements for her movement modality, the GuanJing Method, in tropical jungles and landscapes rich with natural life force energy across the earth.

In this episode, Ting Ting and I discuss:

  • A bit about Ting Ting’s background, growing up in China and moving to the States at age five, and the journey that led her to create her movement modality, the GuanJing Method

  • How Ting Ting has come to feel safe being seen and confident in sharing authentic and powerful images and videos of her work and dance

  • How she moves through negativity from others regarding her work and what she shares

  • We dive deep into life force energy, how it moves through us, what keeps it from flowing, and much more

  • Ting Ting shares practices for reconnecting with movement when we feel stuck and stagnant

You can find Ting Ting’s work — her book, retreats, membership, and more on her website guanjingmethod.com and on IG @@one.with.soul and @guanjingmethod

I hope you love this beautiful, wise, and soul-filling conversation as much as Ting Ting and I do! If you do love this episode, if it nourishes you in some way, please subscribe to the pod, leave a review and rating, and share it with a friend, thank you!
