  • The importance of slowing down, making eye contact, and having conscious, uninterrupted conversations about the change and transition you’re experiencing

  • Tending to the anxiety related to transitions. I give tools and practices for doing so

  • Creating ritual out of transitions and change, or as I like to call it, making the mundane magical
