Moun D’Simone (she/her) is a spiritual mentor, meditation guide, and artist. She is a devoted Tibetan Buddhist practitioner, trained in contemplative psychotherapy, known for her big sister's warmth and real-talk style she is everyone's Spiritual Godmother. Her profound and practical methods were created by integrating her lived experiences from immigrant house cleaner to modeling photo editor in NYC with extended time in retreats in India, Nepal, Thailand, and Indonesia. Moun has studied with esteemed masters like His Holiness the Dalai Lama, Jetsunma Tenzin Palmo, Ven Karin Valham, Lama Zopa Rinpoche, Ven Robina Courtin, and the oracle Khadro-la. She’s known for her renowned Practice Club group programs, where connection, compassion, and play make up the home for healing and expression. Dedicated to helping people forgive, feel at home in their bodies, and have agency in their own lives through classic wisdom teachings made modern, combined with trauma-informed somatic techniques. She mentors clients privately, teaches retreats internationally, and leads group programs.
